    This entry is a followup to: 261405

    keyword=scalers for run 20215

    This shows how the d10 and u10 (gain=10) scalers get their
    32nd bit set for a long run like 20215 (over 2 hours). I guess
    this could be alleviated by using unsigned long, or put the
    bit back into a double precision float, or something. Not a big
    deal, and it seems to be "rediscovered" by each experiment.
    Like a time bomb that keeps going off.

    Note this seems to happen at a charge of roughly 0.11 Coulombs.
