keyword=Good electron rate for J kinematic

I did a full physics replay of Run 20269 to evaluate the good electron rate for the J kinematic (LHRS momentum setting: 1.42 GeV/C).

The bottom pane of the figure shows the good electrons (with Cerenkov cuts to reduce pions); the cuts could probably afford to be more stringent. We have 1824 events for a run that lasted 114.104 minutes (according to the end-of-run HALOG post).

This results in an estimated rate of 0.266 Hz. This is a factor of about 2.5 more than the expected rate of 0.105 Hz. Interestingly, for the L kinematic we computed a very similar factor (2.4x more actual than expected).
