    Followups:

    keyword=EDTM setup

    The EDTM pulsing system was set up on the 2 HRS. On the L-HRS
    the pulse is sent to BB via the cable with 2 labels: "EDTM" and
    the other ~looks like "5". It was the cable Vince gave me.

    The EDTM pulser comes out of the left-most module (slot 1), not
    the master in slot 10. Why ? See below. Implication is a
    ~50 nsec delay relative to master.

    On R-HRS the master is in slot 13. At the moment the rate is 2.5 Hz
    on R-HRS and I cannot adjust this. Will investigate more later
    when I have access (VDC installation in progress). I can, however,
    prescale L-HRS rate. It's default is 3 Hz.

    Modifications:
    ---------------
    The code edtm.c and edmtser.c was modified to permit both arms
    to have masters. The frontend script "edtmsetup" was modified
    (see comments there).

    Dirty Laundry:
    --------------
    The L-HRS master in slot 10 has 2 outputs, and one does not work.
    If I "tee" off the working one, the slave doesn't work (amplitude
    too low); therefore I send the pulser output from the slave;
    hence that 50 nsec delay. I guess these modules are getting old.
    We simply need to measure carefully all delay offsets relative
    to the output on the front.

    Side note: there was a coinc. module in the NIM bin below L-HRS TS
    that had an output going to another module's output (illogical)
    so I unplugged this. In case you were trying something ...
