The second one is scalar problem. We have 6 scalar modules (slot 0 ~ slot
5). 3 of them work well, while other 3 ignore the veto signals. Bob
suggested us to use the same module setting as those in BigBite.
Unfortunately, the one we get from BB is the terminated one. With
kalyan's help, we remove those unneccesary resistors and those work well
except one. This one should be a bad module since we test it with a good
signal. Its "CLR" light is on all the time and all scalar readings are
zero. Finally, we decided to use the spare one that belongs to S1 and S2
"OR" scalars. Since we have an 12 PMTs scalars for S1 and S2, this should
be fine. After we finish these works, the normalization scalars look
good. We put that bad module in the crate, otherwise the readings from
this slot are -1. However, we have to correct the scalar map since slot
1 and slot 3 are swapped when we see xscalar display.
