datamon is ready.
On a-onl or adev account, type "datamon" for L-HRS and R-HRS resp.

L-HRS:
I clarified the L-HRS datamon phrasing (it is L-HRS DAQ but the
TS is actually on BB). I put in the assumptions about correlations
that B. Moffit told me. (~a-onl/scaler/dtime)

R-HRS:
Works to 1st order but we don't know where all the triggers are
plugged in ! T1 and T2 are in 1st 2 inputs, T8 is in 8th, and
the rest is unknown. In principle, everything needed for normal-
ization must be plugged into the normalization scaler. Try not
to move BCMs (that gets confusing). Let me know the map ASAP.
