I found that the cable for PV_DIS triggers going into the CAEN unit was
unplugged. I reconnected this cable and verified that they are now showing
up in the last eight channels from the "misc" tab on the R-HRS xscaler display.

The rates from these channels do not make any sense to me, but maybe they represent something else. However T7 is supposed to be the gas Cerenkov "or" which is 1.7 kHz, but channel 14 displays only 11 Hz. Here is the scaler map for these channels (from Ramesh) with channels starting from '0':
