    02:00 since T1 and T3 rate is about 200 Hz, we decide to increase beam current to 12 uA and take 2 runs, around 1M events, for each arm

    02:55 momentum in dipole of RHRS is 1.2348, not 1.238 we expect. Adjust the current a little to get momentum = 1.2381.
