I've checked some things in scaler land.
First the bad news, then the good
Bad:
-----
At 07:42 the target state was fixed such that only 2 scalers of the
4 should be counting. This has exposed some bugs, see halog 269051.
(If everything is counting it might be hard to see otherwise.)
At present, the target states are all =1 such that all 4 scalers
are counting. Yi Qiang made this change at 08:55 (halog 269038).
Next, the R-HRS and L-HRS count different amounts in T1, T3, etc.
For runs 1547/20431 and 1548/20432 the R-HRS counts more by an
amount that is "as if" 30+ seconds. This should be easy to
diagnose -- run the DAQ, look at scalers with 'scread', see when
they clear, etc.
Good:
------
The scalers in 'Left', 'evleft', 'Right', 'evright', 'bbite', and
'evbbite' banks seem basically ok, e.g. charge is reasonable, etc.
Reminder, 'ev*' means in the events stream (every 100 sec) while
the others are event type 140 insertions.
The last event 140 has slightly higher counts than the last ev*
data, but this is because the last 140 is read at the end when
the trig. super. is off. The number of events in the last 140
agrees with the halog end-run and more importantly with the
number of events in the CODA file.
