There seems to be an issue with the Left Arm Q2/Q3 controls involving a VME relay card. The power ON/OFF GUI buttons and the polarity buttons. The other VME cards in the crate do not seem to be giving us any problems. The relay card has been showing the supplies as OFF when they are clearly ON and showing a "+" polarity when it is "-". A good thing to try would be swapping out the relay card at some opportunity. In a pinch we could pull the wires from the terminal block for the relay card and tie them either open or shorted together as required. The supply would be ON and in "-" all the time. Current could be ramped up and down and the software regulator would still work. The supplies could be ramped to 0A and switched to LOCAL to turn them OFF, when required.
