    keyword=RHRS dead time from run 20814

    With help from Vince, I calculate the dead time of Right HRS in
    un-Buffer mode. To use NormAna_R class, I added following code into 
    replay_R.C in my own directory:

    Vince found that someone edited that class and compiled it one week ago. But none of us know who did that. Since the result from that class is consistent with the one from replay_scalar.C which was maintained by Bo, We believe it works.
