Comments: At beginning of shift, accelerator operations is still recovering from 10:30PM East ARC Power Failure during Swing Shift. Beam back by 6:00AM. Once we got 5.5microamp beam on 3He target, neutron arm HV channels and RHRS VDCs tripped. After recovering neutron arm HVs, we start production on 3He with 4x4mm raster and 5.5uamp (we did not ask for access to manually reset RHRS VDCs in the Hall).
