    keyword=Started new Compton run after a few failed attempts and CODA/ROC reboots

    Went to start a new Compton run. The End Run failed. Restarted CODA, but it wouldn't start a run. Rebooted the ROCs and CODA and tried again. No luck. Tried it a third time and now it's up and running. Third time's always the charm.
