Followups:
keyword=Spin Rotated to Transverse- (90 degree) during down time1. NMR, Pol. = 58.3%
2. Small Correction Coil: 0.9A -> 0.5A
3. The field was rotated to Transverse+ (45-Degree-Step) and the Q-wave
plates were set to "spin up" direction to pump the 3He spin to
Transverse+ which is anti-parallel to the field direction.
4. Load Last Trans- EPR Calibration constant (Halog 275295, 1.95 %/mV )
is loaded
5. NMR, Pol. = 56.6%. Loss is low and Confirm of sign change
Note1: Spin signal is changed to spin -; so the active scalar bands will
change
Note2: To follow up the 1/4 plate test, Haloge#276985. The motorized
plate holder angle are set to be 2degree smaller than nominal angles
