keyword=3He Elastics from Run 3067Taking 300k T3 events and doing a simple rotation, the 3He elastic peak can be seen. In this 2uA, 3 minute (T3 ps=1) run approx. 100 elastic events can be seen. By increasing the momentum to further push the quasi-elastic events out of the focal plane, we should be able to go to higher currents (10uA and get 5k elastic per 30 min run)
