End run #22298 failed because R-arm coda reported error, saying that ROC8
has not reported status for 46 second. We have killed Coda, rebooted ROC8
and restarted coda but got the same message from ROC1 & ROC2. We have
killed coda again, rebooted the three ROCs; ROC1, ROC2 & ROC8 with TS0,
restarted Coda and went back to production with run# 22299. Coda seems
working fine!
