keyword=Opposite change in rates after the Raster and Current Change

I compared the rates from runs #3535 and #3537. After the first run
we changed the raster size from (7x5)MCC to (6x4)MCC and increased
the current from 10uA to 12uA. Here are the results

    Run # | T3 rate | T1 rate | Current |
    -----------------------------------------------
    3535 | 6376.6 Hz | 251000 Hz | 10uA |
    3537 | 6917.6 Hz | 359574 Hz | 12uA |

From the comparison of the T3 rates we see that
the rate in the new run is relatively smaller than
    it should be : 6917.6 Hz < (1.2*6376.6 = 7652.0 Hz)
This suggests that with old raster we were hitting
something. However when I compare the T1 rates I see
that new rates are to big:
    359574 Hz > (251000.4 Hz * 1.2 = 301207 Hz)

Which number should I relay on?
