    keyword=No Significant change in rates after the raster change

    There is no significant change in the T3 rates after we changed 
the raster from (6x4)MCC to (5x4)MCC:

The relative difference between the two is smaller than 1%. This 
is comforting because it suggest that previous raster we were not
hitting anything.
