Replaced the 100Hz tagger in the detector hut by a gate generator from the counting house middle room (also 100Hz), so we can control the tagger remotely.

Checked on the scopy if there is any loss in the tagger+signal coincidence w.r.t. the original tagger. The 100Hz tagger is too unstable for this scope check (we are looking for a 0.02% loss). When using a 10KHz pulser, did not see obvious loss (loss is <0.001kHz out of 10kHz).

Checked the 740 output (TS and PS) with and without taggers. It could drift up to 5mV.
