    keyword=R-HRS DAQ unstable. Access needed.

    R-HRS DAQ ROC2 is unaccepbly unstable. I guess it has something to
    do with the FADC. I will reverse this change and see if that helps.
    Need access.

    While in access we will put the detectors into scalers and we will
    find out where the Quartz and Prex-scint are plugged into Fastbus
    (I have vague info).
