Running spot++ to calibrate raster. Need 10 uA to get enough BPM resolution for 0.5x0.5 raster.
Run 24440 / 4228 - raster set 2.5 x 2.5, approx 0.2 x 2.0 Run 24441 / 4229 - Setpoints 1.4 x 0.8, approx 0.5 x 0.75? Low current (2.5 microamps leaves this BPM resolution dominated)
Beam current lock problem, no more than 2.5 uA right now, because curent lock creates large current jumps. ~ 10 minutes.
Run 24442 / 4230 - Setpoints 1.40 mm x 0.8 mm at 10 microamps
Now looking for larger raster.
Run 24443 / 4231 - Setpoints 7.0 mm x 4.0 mm at 10 microamps. Apparent size about 2.5 mm x 3.1 mm. Probable best setting for 2.5 mm x 2.5mm is 7.0x3.2 (or so).
Moving to CarbonOptics target, no raster.
