    Hall in Controlled Access

    Switched to HapNoL config for future runs.

    Can't run Happex config because L-HRS PVDIS crate apparently
    is turned off.

    Run 11654 ... Synch mon on CH crate is problematic.

    Reset CH crate.

    Run 11655. panguin doesn't work. (always need to kcoda after
    resetting a crate, I forgot)

    Run 11656. Now the CH synch looks ok. R-HRS synch ok too.
