keyword=spot++spot++ after moller measurement. Slight change in raster calibration: we now accept 2x2.5 from a request of 4.4x4.
We were completely unable to get an image of the C-hole, because spot++ was not producing the raster phase plots. We were unable to diagnose this problem.
