For some reason (history) the DAC noise for the 18-bit ADCs
appears to have been turned off.  I enabled it by uncommenting
the following line in happex3_ts.crl and recompiling.

adc18_loaddac(iadc,1);

Will ask the shift to download.

DAC noise is important for fine performance of the 18-bit ADCs.
(and of 16-bit too).
