    keyword=HAPPEX DAQ changes

    We went into the Hall with the intention of switching out the two 18-bit ADC boards that were being used for the HAPPEX detectors at each HRS.

    I installed board adc26 in the Left Arm and board adc28 in the Right Arm.

    After doing a run and checking signals, we noticed some of the same anomalies when using the 16-bit board.

    For this reason, we left the 18-bit board in the Right Arm in place.

    So, the Right Arm ADC configuration is the same as before.

    As for the Left Arm, there are now two boards there. One 18bit and the newly modified 16-bit board.

    The specs for that board (at LO gain) are:

    Ch0: Signal is 50000 for an input of 0.445uA Ch1: Signal is 50000 for an input of 7uA Ch2: Signal is 50000 for an input of 7uA Ch3: Signal is 50000 for an input of 0.445uA

    NOTE: Only channels 0 and 3 were modified. Channels 1 and 2 have their original settings.
