keyword=rebooting creates, ADC pedestel setgains set on right arm adcs after crate reboot. set at lowest gain. need to press "Apply Settings" twice, and click on "Get Settings" to make sure that the changes have been applied.
To access GM: adaqfs/apar/devices/config/config
if adaqfs does not work, try adaql1.
