pvdis1 (R-HRS) is hung up.  Cannot reboot remotely.

So I made a config "HapNoPvdis" which drops the PVDIS crates.
It's based on the "Happex" config, so it has all the other crates.

Run production with HapNoPvdis for now.

Yes, it's very easy to make any combination of crates using CODA.
One of the cool things about CODA.

The Pvdis data was mostly useless anyway because the Integrate
gate parameter wakes up as 13300 and needs to be 13200.  A known
problem that was documented right before we started the experiment.
We'll need to reboot that crate and fix Integ default before 
continuing with Pvdis in the system.  Oh, and Pvdis crates are
not unstable -- we ran like with one for 3 months in Spring 09.
