Doug and me disscussed the last Moller spin dance results. Four Wien filter 
angles -70.22, 14.2, 44.3048, 110.27deg were measured for the spin dance. It 
looks like (see pictures below) the last point (110.27deg) gives us a laggest 
erro in fit. Taking into account only three Wien filter points (-70.22, 14.2, 
44.3048deg) the optimal Wien filter angle for the Hall A is 16.6deg.
