    Yes I came to the same conclusion that is why I wanted to taking runs in different configurations. I thought I left the configuration on photons only. Though it seems it was not, so for now I think we should take photon only data to accumulate statistics on photon data. I am looking in the buffer to see if the scaler is recorded correctly and if we can still pull it out but until I confirm this it is better to take photon data only with a few electrons runs for my testing.
