keyword= BPM12 saturates again in #12079. Luis is back, and on shift now.

#12079 is good at the beginning, but saturated later. We stopped it, and follow the "solution to BPM12 saturation" manual to solve the problem. New run # 12080 looks OK in the beginning.

PS: Luis comes back and on shift now.
