    Using run 24690, I checked the rastered beam signals versus the
    unrastered BPM signals. Due to the phase difference, we expect to see
    an oval shape in a 2D plot of the unrastered beam position versus raster
    current.

    Fig. 1 shows the unrastered x position versus raster x current.

    Fig. 2 shows the unrastered x position versus raster y current.

    Fig. 3 shows the unrastered y position versus raster x current.

    These plots show that unrastered x is correlated with raster y and
    unrastered y is correlated with raster x. This is opposite to what the
    correlation should be, which seems to indicate that the raster current
    signals at least going to the left HRS are swapped. This has been the
    case since at least spring 2008.
