    keyword=Dithering looks singular

    I know the experts have already notice this, but I halog it here to make sure it doesn't slip off the "radar screen": the dithering at present looks like it will lead to non-invertible matrix inversion (see figure); the sycles as seen in BPM$a and BPWM4B look far too similar in both x and y. In fact, I don't know that I ever recall them looking so similar. There appears to be no phase advance between the two BPMs. Was this a feature of the design optics for this run?

    It looked a little better (i.e. I saw some differences between the two BPMs), I think, before the bream was off for the re-tune, i.e. when I first looked around 16:30 today... but I don't have a plot of that handy.
