keyword=Beamline HV connection lostBeamline HV connection lost, I noticed the photon rate was gone but HV looked fine on the EPICS panel though the values are frozen, I tried telnet in the crate and it froze there after the prompt 1450.
I will have to request an access to power cycle it since the photon HV is most likely tripped.
