This entry is a followup to: 289250

We previously set the bpm12x saturation cut to 132000 because there is 
satration on channel adcx1_0 at about 133k.  It turns out that channel adcx1_3 
can get almost to 136k without saturating, but this still enforces the cut on 
what should be good data.  Channel adcx1_3 is the y-minus signal on bpm12, as 
far as I can tell - so it's probably unnecessary to even include it in the cut.
