Javier, Ed, and Heidi cane up from the hall and let me know that we will
only be running on the left arm tonight. The IOC problem has made it so
that we have no control at all over any of the magnets of the right arm
except for Q1, which they have ramped down. Javier and Ed are going to
get software on call to help fix this in the morning.
