Turn on S0 HV on R-HRS.  Use T2 only.  Run spot_R on run 4604
with 5 uA on hole C12 target.  See the hole (fig 1).  Spot++ pic
is wierd (fig 2) and spot_L does not work (I'll check later).

EPICS says the beam is in our canonically good location

While some diagnostics are funky, the proponderance of evidence
is that the beam is fine and we are ready for production !
