Note

• Unstable beam(see 290806).
• Target alarms frequently with beam trips at the beginning.
  Temperature drop down below 18K, and recover slowly.
  At around 2 a.m., target IOC rebooted(JP called and suggested).
  No target alarm by beam trip after.
• Compton: HV trip sometimes, ROC5 once missing.
• 04:45 ROC31 error noticed and CODA config changed to HapNoQweak. Junk run 12536,12537.
• 07:25 RC came in, turn the dithering off.
