    keyword=mapping bpms: we have 8 and 14 from iocse9

Rupesh and I tracked some bpm cables from the BSY crate iocse9.

    From the BSY:
    BPM8 is read out using cables 002, 003, 004, and 005.
    BPM12 is read out using cables 001, 011, 012, 013.
    Cable 010 is broken!
    BPM14 is read out using cables 006, 007, 008, and 009.

Note that only two channels of bpm8 were in the daq, inserted into scaler
channels. All 4 bpm8 cables were put into ADC7 in the CH crate.
(this was done around 7pm, so probably run #12579).

Also note that bpm14 is being read out, but was mapped as "bpm10". Presumably,
this used to be bpm10. its great that we have this bpm in our data stream
already, since bpm14 is downstream of all dithering magnets, so it could be an
alternate dithering bpm. Also: I believe it has the same dispersion at bpm10,
so we didn't lose anything in terms of a backup for bpm12.

However, bpm8 isn't doing us any good. I'll email Pete Francis and request
that he move the sample-and-hold readout to another bpm, so that we can get bpm
    16, 18, or 20.

Also, it was noted earlier that we have bpm1x in the data stream as well. It
turns out that this is highly redundant with bpms4a and 4b, unfortunately, but
it is still a good one to have.
