Before run 12737, there was no left HRS angle record in halog entry in start_of_run or end_of_run info; starting run 12738 (actually from the start of end_of_run info of run 12737), it is there.

17:46 Target IOC rebooted in order to avoid possible red alarams with occasional beam trips.

22:43 ROC31 died. Used HapNoQweak configuration instead of Happex configuration for the CODA running.

23:17 Compton HV tripped; repaired.
