keyword=changed scripts' calls to match the CODA config in the database

All the CODA config Happex, HapNoQweak, HapNoPvdis and HapSimple called
    the scripts as "happex3" config.

This call has been changed to matched the CODA config. So now the config
Happex calls the scripts as "Happex", and HapNoQweak calls the scripts as
    "HapNoQweak" and so on..

Appropriate modifications are made in the ~/db/ directory to accommodate
these changes, and test runs (12816-12819) suggest that the .db files
created after these changes are fine.

To accommodate the frequent g0inj crashes, the "Happex Injector" has been
migrated from Injector.datamap to CountHouse.datamap, so that we always
have the helicity signals and scalers from the Happex Injector in all the
configurations above. So, the Injector.datamap only has the Qweak crate
    datamap now.

NOTE on the injector studies: For regular production running,
Injector.datamap is linked to Injector.datamap.BPMfew, which only has
some bpms from the Qweak Injector crate. For injector studies, we should
change the link to Injector.datamap.BPMall to include all the Qweak
Injector crate bpms in the analyzer.
