A scheme was implemented to provide online access to the
PVDIS scalers. This includes an primitive text printout,
an xscaler version, and root strip charts. The scheme
is explained in ~apar/devices/pvdis/scaloop/README.
I rebooted pvdis crates a couple times. There may have been
some temporary interference with PVDIS data (but not the
rest of HAPPEX) since about 2:30 pm. I'm finished for now.
Please check the PVDIS data in case something goes wrong.
