We checked the signal for the 5th PMT at the patch pannel on a scope and found nothing abnormal. I unplugged the ribbon cable on the ADC and plugged it back in so as to reseat it well. Then we took another run 4739. As shown in the graph, the problem went from the 5th PMT to the 2nd PMT. Don't know why. We'll reseat the ribbon cable again. Hoping we're not messing things up.
