    keyword=the fastfeedback goes "standby" again once I turned on the dithering

    Once I turn on the dithering, the energy fastfeedback goes to "standby" again. 
and I still cannot turn the dithering off via greenmonster. I will reboot ROC 
23 again. MCC called we should run without dithering until someone fix the 
problem in the daytime.
