With a 10 kHz tagger as T5 (with some prescale) I did not see any DAQ rate in 
RHRS. Went to the hall to see why the right HRS coda did not work as expected. 
While checking signal cables that go to the trigger supervisor, I found that 
all triggers were carrying expected signals, I did not see any obvious reason 
not see any trigger rate in a coda run. Went back to see the prescaleR.dat 
file, found that a line which was supposed to be commented out appeared to be 
uncommented; this was the culprit. Took exit from the hall.
