you get 0xffffffff if it does not find the board and that was happening when I typed it on ROC1 though it worked on ROC2 ( both CPUs are in the same crate ). So either ROC1 start to have problem, or there is some backplane issues or ROC2 interferes with ROC1.
We might need a spare 2306 in case ROC1 starts to die.
So if you see looking up in the history of ROC1 something like : scaler Lecroy 1151N UNINITIALISED
type in ROC2 window : scalerLecroyInit()
and do a coda reboot and it might work...
