EVENTS
------

16:00   Shift started without beam. MCC still has problem with
        the PS in the Accelerator.
        
16:30   Asked for a escorted controlled access to the Hall. Alex
        Camsonne wants to do some stuff to the compton. 
        
16:38   Alex and ARM are going into the Hall.

17:24   MCC called and told us, that they are ready to send beam.
        We also asked Alex to finish with the Contolled acces, so
        that we can bring beam back.
        
17:33   Alex Camsonne is out of the Hall.

17:34   Asked MCC to return us to Beam permit and Cycle UP the 
        separation magnet.
     
17:35   Asked MCC to mask the target motion so that we can move to 
        EMPTY and to turn OFF the raster for the HArp scan
        
    
17:36   Moving target to Empty

17:37   Target is at empty position

17:43   MCC will send 5uA beam

17:49   Harp scan is done. SigmaA (x/y) = 200/200um
        and SigmaB (x/y) = 200/200um. These number are within the 
        limits.
        
17:49   BPMs are not OK. Asked MCC to correct them

17:50   BPMs now look OK. BPMA (x/y) = -0.73/-0.03 and 
        BPMB (x/y) = -0.70/0.03
        
17:51   Asked MCC to mask the target motion, we would like to
        go to LD2 target. Also asked MCC to turn on the raster
        to 6x6MCC. We also turned on the VDCs for the low current
        runs.
        
18:00   VDC chambers are on. Targe is also in place.

18:02   Asked MCC for 2uA beam with raster 6x6MCC.

18:03   Started Q2 runs 26177/5690. T1 rate in left arm is 1.6kHz
        while the T1 rate in right arm is 1.7kHz. The 
        actual current is 1.8uA.
        
18:12   Q2 runs ended. They both have approx. 0.6M events.

18:12   Turning the VDCs OFF!

18:20   VDCs are OFF!

18:29   Starting Production. Furst production runs are: 
        14593/26178/5691.

19:51   We noticed that Compton DAQ is not counting. It was reporting
        ROC5 error. We did coda reboot and now it works again.        
        The DAQ crashed during run #21575 and it had approx 1M events.
        New run that we started is #21576. 
        
20:02   During run #14595 we noticed that happex DAQ is not counting.
        We restarted coda, but it did not help. The Download procedure
        stuck while connecting to ROC25. Therefore we killed CODA and
        rebooted all ROCs. Afterwards we started coda again an now it
        seems to be working normally again. We also had to re-start
        the Beam modulation, because when we checked it was off. 
        
21:09   There was a Compton HV trip. This was probably caused by the
        beam trip somehow. We had to turn the HV off and turned
        it on again. Now seem sot be working fine again. 
        
22:20   Started new Compton Run #21577. Compton run #21576 has ended
        normaly and had approx 1.2M events.
        
23:30   We noticed that Compton Cavity is not locking. Abdurahim 
        is trying to fix it.
        

23:45   Abdurahim solved the Compton problem. He also improved the
        cavity power. We have rebooted coda and started a new run.

23:46   We noticed that Right arm coda is not counting. There is
        a ROC1 problem. We are trying to solve the problem. 
        Experts are trying to connect to it. There seems to 
        be a problem with loading the software to it. Diancheng
        is trying to load the softweare manually. Next shift crew
        will try to solve the problem.
