what causes the weird sieve. We saw a more normal sieve
the other day with 2 uA on thin C12 at p0 = 1.063, so one
of those 3 things might do it (current, target or p0).
Try reversing p0 first. Return to p0 = 1.063.
L-HRS runs 26777 and 26778
R-HRS runs 6190 and 6191
The L-HRS was solidly at p0 = 1.063, the R-HRS was oscillating
slightly (it's slower, as usual).
fig 1 == sieve becomes more normal. hmm ...
