    keyword=plan for tonight

    The run plan for tonight is to run with single-arm production, because
    the right dipole couldn't be fixed.

    We'll start with the PbD#3 target to see if the temperatures are lower
    now than they were before, see:

    http://www.jlab.org/~adaq/halog/html/1006_archive/100615172627.html
    http://www.jlab.org/~adaq/halog/html/1006_archive/100615185848.html

    So if the collimator temperatures with PbD#3 are more like what we've
    seen recently with the PbD#1:

    Up - 375, Down - 450 degrees C (3.75 and 4.5 V)

    then we can stay on PbD#3. If the temperatures are the same as before:

    Up - 430, Down - 510 degrees C (4.30 and 5.10 V)

    It may be that we will have to wait a while to see what the asymptotic
    temperatures are; if so the target change back to PbD#1 may occur on owl
    shift.

    then we will go back to the PbD#1.
