    keyword=cleanup of 1024 Hz pulse

    The 1024 Hz pulse emerging from the RG58 cable from the R-HRS looked
    ratty, it could make a double-pulse. I passed it through a discriminator
    and this cleaned it up. I think nearly all these RG58 cables need to
    have their connectors replaced. Meanwhile, the rates can be corrected
    easily offline; the scalers are inserted in the datastream every 4 sec.

    At the moment the 1024 Hz clock is normal again.
