    Summary of work today:

We are continuing to cool down the magnets. Techs will continue to work
on them during the day on over the weekend.

Work on the HRS DAQ continued to get all modules to read out properly.
Problems over the last two days looked to be related to cables falling
out of modules. Presently testing detectors with cosmics to ensure
readiness for this evening. BPMs seem to read out and decode correctly now.

For the calorimeter DAQ we have enlisted the help of the JLab DAQ group
and we are setting up a test bench to try and pin down the
    synchronization problems.

The target is operational, but warm. We will try and run a little bit of
    solid target tonight.

    Run plan for tonight:

    Start lock up around 6:00PM
    Establish beam on target
    Lumi test with solid target
    Compton vertical scan/DAQ tests
    BPM calibration
    Raster calibration
Calorimeter anode current measurements (solid target)
Beamline tests for Yves Roblin (MCC driven)

Plans for running Saturday and running:

Day: Open up to controlled access. Techs will continue the magnet cooldown
Afternoon/Swing: 8 hours of Moller commissioning
Late swing: Continue various tests regarding DAQ with beam

Monday: 7:00AM BCM calibration, afterwards, open up hall to restricted

Looking into next week, after the magnets are all cold (middle of the
week) we will schedule our target cooldown. My hope is to have it done
before Qweak's target cooldown (I've heard their estimate is now
Thursday). Other work pending for next week is the arc energy
measurement, which may be Monday or Tuesday evening, and any beam
    optimization we may require.
