Earlier today, we noted that cerenkov 1,2,3,4 & 5 were triggering roughly one thousand times less 
than cerenkov 6,7,8,9, &10. We were able to trace the issue to the width of the discriminated 
signals: the logic signal for the low cenrenkov was ~26 ns while the width of the high cerenkov 
was ~45ns. 
Increasing  the width of all the logic signals to 45 ns made all the cerenkov trigger are 
comparable rates. AS a result, we set the width of all the discriminated signals for the cerenkov  
to 45ns.

Note: Hisham will fix the xscaler display soon. We believe that on this display was is called cer4 is 
instead  the sum of all the cerenkov triggers.
